For over 15 years, I have connected with girls while working and coaching full-time at a private school outside of Boston.

Throughout my life, I have faced many moments of change. I was a three-sport varsity athlete in high school and became an All-American lacrosse player at Princeton University. I began my career at Goldman Sachs in NYC and then moved into strategic marketing and brand management in Atlanta, GA, and Washington, DC. Currently, I work in educational development. I have lived on the East and West Coasts and even moved abroad for four years to Germany in my 30s.

With each new role and in every new city, I kept pushing myself to perform at the highest level, yet I was not truly satisfied with where I was. I remained stuck for years in the “now” and not the “possibility of tomorrow.” Simply put, I never allowed myself to see the forest through the trees.

I turned to a life coach to help me identify where I wanted to go and what actions I could take to get there. Little by little, my confidence returned and I started seeing outcomes I was proud of. Ultimately, I realized that I had the power all along to create the change I wanted, I just needed some outside direction and guidance.

This change included getting my life coaching certification and creating my own business to work with girls and impart my learnings and skills to help them take control of their unique situations.

Today, girls are under pressure — to be star athletes, get straight A’s, be pretty and popular, and be involved in everything. I am committed to helping them reset and take charge; changing their mindsets, habits, and actions to feel more purposeful and understand their incredible value. I want every girl to realize they are in the driver’s seat of their life. This mentality drives confidence which results in progress.

I live in Brookline, MA with my husband, two children, and golden retriever. I received my B.A. from Princeton University and my M.B.A. from Georgetown University.

On a personal note, I love traveling the world to run marathons with my sister, drinking Diet Coke, and cheering on the Boston Celtics.
